Can I return a product?

If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased from, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund.

Dansk will pay return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, is a duplicate of a product already ordered and received, or is not the product that was ordered. Simply call Customer Service at 1-800-DANSK-2U, (1-800-326-7528) from Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am - 5 pm ET and request a postage-paid return label.

You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered.

Where do I return a product?

If you purchased a product from a retail store, please contact the store where you made the purchase.

When returning the product, we suggest you obtain a receipt for your own records, in the event the product fails to reach us. Also, please be sure to include the return card that came with your original order indicating the reason for your return and whether you would like to receive a replacement or to have the order canceled. In addition, we need the full name and address of the original purchaser. This information will enable us to process your return in a timely manner. To expedite handling of packages you are returning to Dansk, please use the return-address label provided. How will I be credited for a return?
