Dansk Teak Biskop Pepper Mill No. 833

We never knew a pepper mill could make such a statement. This is a reissue of Jens Quistgaard’s original 1960s design. Biskop, which is Danish for bishop, is crafted from beautiful teak, meant to last beautifully through many, many meals.

To fill, firmly pull the top and bottom halves of the mill away from one another. Fill the bottom half with 2-3 tablespoons of peppercorns. Biskop features a table salt shaker at the top of the mill. To fill the shaker, pull the wooden plug out and fill using a funnel. Due to the small diameter of the shaker holes, this is only compatible with table salt.
