It's lovely
I already have the butter warmer in brown and love it, but I needed the next size up and ordered the quart size in blue. It's beautiful and the perfect sauce pot for making buerre blanc. The high sides allow for smooth whisking without getting the stove top splattered. I love it!

why no red
Aida has a Teal blue and yellow in the 1 qt size. She wants a Red. We do not need a pot at all. So, I got her a Black one for her December birthday and continue to look for Red. I appreciate your cookware. I benefit from Dansk frequently.

Inside enamel chipping & flaking away
I purchased one of these pots two years ago. I use it semi-regularly to warm milk and butter on the stovetop. This morning, I was very disappointed to hear a strange cracking sound as I heated milk. I dumped the liquid and discovered that the interior enamel had completely cracked/flakes away, leaving chips in the milk. Very poor longevity/quality for cookware of this price.

Pours horribly - spills everywhere
The 1qt Kobenstyle saucepan is beautiful. I don't like tea kettles, so I always boil water for my coffee in an open pot. I was so excited about this saucepan because it has a pour spout. Unfortunately, the pot spills everywhere - down the side and all over the place. At first I thought I just needed to get used to the handle and the wide spout, but no. I discovered that the enamel is rough near the spout and I think that's what's catching the water - and other liquids - and causing it to spill. I use this every day, so it's pretty frustrating.
